How Many Bundles Are Needed For A Full Sew-In?

We reccomend 3 bundles for a full sew- in .Anything over 24" we reccomend 4 bundles .Please keep in mind that the longer the length the less hair in each bundle.If you are using a clousure or frontal you will need 3 bundles as well.
What Color Does Cold Hearted Tresses Hair Come In?

Our extentions are 100% virgin hair which means the hair is not processed with any color .Our virgin hair comes natural black or brown and can be colored to any desired color .
Can I Make Changes To My Order?

How Are Orders Shipped?

We use USPS(United States Postal Service) for shiping out orders .We ship using their priority mail service for domestic and international packages.International orders can take up to 10-14 business days to be delivered once it is processed .We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages,or added taxes that are incurred by the country that you reside in .
How Much Is Shipping ?

We charge a flat rate of $14.95 for shipping and handling in the continental united states.Free Shipping for all orders over $400 .Shipping flat rate for international orders is $24.99.
When Will I Recieve My Tracking Information?

Tracking Information is emailed to your email address you provided within your order on the day your order is shipped .Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed ,you will NOT receive a tracking number when your order is placed .
